Elective module day four

this is the last day of my elective module,I had learnt to make apple strudel and chicken pie,I managed to fold the dough correctly even though is crooked,I also cooked the apple fillings and chicken filling and the teacher cooked the custard for me

Elective module day three

During the elective module I learned how to cook lasagna,it is much easier,I also went little India to see the wet markets,I also ate chicken rice at the markets hawker centre,the teacher also treat me fried banana :)

Elective module day two

I was having fun in the elective module,I learnt how to cook chicken rolls, Shepherd's pie and Mushroom quiche,I had made a mistake in the chicken roll,I put the gelatin in the mix instead of pepper -.-,but lucky I did not mixed it with the chicken,the shepherd's pie was difficult to made,however I made the pie in time!

Elective module day one

Today,during the elective module,I learnt how to cook,I had learnt how to cook western food,I cooked cream of mushroom,fish fillet and mashed potato,I also went to chinatown and went to a cookware supplier showroom,one of the salesperson ask what is formal dining,I joking said 'dating',everyone laugh at me!,the salesperson continued explaining about the different tablewares the salesperson teach me how to arrange tablewares in a formal manner
